Position: Warehouse Keeper
Salary: MYR 3,500-4,500 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Material and Spare Parts ManagementMaterial Reporting and TrackingInventory Control for Raw and Packaging MaterialsFinished Goods ManagementComprehensive Logistics and Dispatch OversightWeekly Inventory Checks5S and Safety ManagementResponsible for receiving, dispatching, and storing factory materials and spare parts, ensuring strict adherence to instructions for warehouse entries and exits.Timely reporting and tracking of materials; ensure accurate information on material requirements, including timing and quantities.Oversee safe stock levels for all raw and packaging materials in the warehouse.Manage the entry of finished goods into the warehouse and coordinate their dispatch with on-site operations for confirmation and timely delivery.Oversee all dispatch operations, including shipping schedules, vehicle dispatch, and logistics documentation.Conduct weekly physical inventory checks of all warehouse stocks.Ensure on-site 5S and safety management practices are maintained.
