Warehouse & Logistic Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, scheduling, and packing, ensuring the accuracy and condition of loading and unloading cargo.
Ensure cargo is well arranged and safely loaded on trucks.
Assist in operating forklift and crane handling when necessary.
Enforce stringent health, safety protocols, and environmental regulations within the warehouse to ensure the safety of co-workers.
Collaborate with the operations department to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
Lead and supervise 3 to 4 subordinates in a team.
Prepare all shipping documents and invoices for cargo transit.
Ensure completeness of documentation and prepare a list of documentation daily.
Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports and maintain accuracy.
Arrange and plan transportation for delivery of cargo, negotiating price, scheduling dates, and optimal routes with 3PL.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct superior regarding warehouse and logistics operations.
What We're Looking For:
SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any discipline or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in a warehouse environment; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is required.
Experience in Autocount system would be an added advantage.
Must be flexible and able to work effectively and overtime when necessary.
Work primarily in the warehouse rather than the office.
