Warehouse & Logistic Officer

Prepare shipment documents such as DO (delivery order), IV (invoice) and Barcode- Prepare "loading Instruction" for warehouse & logistic staff for goods preparation- Liaise with lorry driver for pickup and delivery of goods to customer- Maintained stock card report is updated with accurate stock quantity- Make sure the physical stock quantity is same and tally with system quantity from time to time.- Perform monthly stock count on warehouse stock- Make sure all the shipment arrangements are in time as requested by customer- Check and confirm with the warehouse & logistic staff on the goods is in good condition before ship out to customer- Any ad-hoc task given by HOD**Job Requirement**:- Prefer 1 years working experience in warehouse & logistic department- Fresh graduates with logistic/shipping background are encouraged to apply- Good analytical skills and able to work under minimum supervision.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift**Experience**:- Logistic: 1 year (preferred)
