Warehouse & Logistics Executive (Protege)

**Qualification**:- Minimum qualification**:*CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A DEGREE AND REGISTERED UNDER PROTEGE. Prefer 1-2 years working experiences.- Computer skills including the ability to operate Word and Excel.- Ability to work independently & goal driven.- Positive working attitudes, teamwork spirit, self-discipline and strong planning skills.- Good command of written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia.**1.**_**Stock Handling & Control**_- Responsible for daily operation of warehousing department to ensure the GDP process of receiving, shelving, packing and delivering on pharmaceutical product.- Ensure accurate picking, checking and packing goods for outbound shipment.- Monitor & control the flow for overall stock movement (Incoming/Outgoing) for inventory accuracy of actual goods & system.- Maintaining and ensuring effective filling system in place. Eg: Inventory Adjustment / Transfer / Sample Request Form**2. **_**Warehouse Maintenance**_- Ensure all goods in store are well maintained and properly stored to achieve the followings goals:- a) Ease of tracing and identificationb) Ease of picking & packing- Optimize warehouse capacity by proper space planning & organization.- Maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse at all time.- Responsible to conduct stock take.- **3.
