Plan, organize, and control warehouse operations to ensure efficient product storage, retrieval, and dispatching.Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products while maintaining accurate records and documentation.Ensure the warehouse layout is optimized for efficient use of space and ease of access to goods.Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed.Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and mitigate discrepancies.Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast demand and manage stock replenishments.Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high performance and ensure smooth daily operations.Develop and implement performance metrics to assess individual and team productivity.Manage shift scheduling, time tracking, and employee performance reviews.Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring that staff follow correct procedures for the safe handling of materials.Monitor and ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety, conducting regular inspections.Coordinate with logistics providers for the timely dispatch and delivery of goods.Optimize routing and scheduling to minimize costs and improve delivery times.Resolve any shipping or delivery issues in a timely manner.Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations, stock levels, staff performance, and other key metrics.Analyse warehouse data to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency.Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives based on data-driven insights.Oversee the implementation and operation of warehouse management systems (WMS).Ensure the correct use of technology and tools for tracking inventory and shipments.Identify opportunities for technology upgrades and enhancements to improve warehouse processes.Salary : Negotiable based on qualifications or experience.
