Job ResponsibilitiesStrategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, distribution, transportation, and customer services.
Lead all inventory management related activities.
Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met.
Monitor distribution of products to ensure timely delivery and meet customer service levels.
Lead the operations team in managing inventory, ensuring daily cycle counts are performed with efficiency and 100% accuracy.
Ensure all records are updated daily for all inventory movements at the warehouse.
Organize and conduct physical stock counts with reconciliation against system data.
Investigate any stock discrepancies at the warehouse.
Establish procedures to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
Provide cycle count, putaway audit, and stock count reports as per KPI.
Monitor warehouse operations to ensure compliance with warehouse SOP and inventory guidelines.
Evaluate inventory storage capabilities and submit proposals for improvement.
Provide clear instructions for assigned work to the team.
Ensure all inventory movements are properly and timely updated and recorded.
Ensure all inventory-related activities are carried out.
Undertake any ad hoc duties and special projects assigned by superior.
Perform inventory product trace within stipulated timelines following ad hoc requests by customers.
Support the Warehouse Division in other tasks as assigned by Management.
OthersPerform other ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned from time to time.
Comply with any instructions issued by the Company as long as they do not conflict with existing legislation.
All changes in the field of assignment will be updated and notified by the Management of Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd.
Core CompetenciesDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in the capacity of Logistics or Warehouse Manager.
Competent in dealing with customers.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
