Job descriptionTo be responsible for the establishment of warehouse operating and activities procedure to ensure the timely and accurate delivery, highly accuracy of inventory and highly productive / efficiency workforces in a safest effective way.Responsibilities?Warehouse activitiesLead & Oversee the WH operation, be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities receiving, dispatch, pick & pack, storage & stock movement. Responsible to improve the workflow efficiency, workforce productivity and safer working environment at warehouse by ensuring the relevant procedures are well implement and executed. Responsible to plan and organize the inventory cycle count and twice-yearly stock take activities. Responsible to manage all logistic activities with relevant parties and Maintain High level of housekeeping & 5S at warehouse. Managing warehouse related issue root cause investigate, corrective action & Improvement action implementation. ?Distribution activitiesResponsible to manage the distribution arrangement and activities to ensure the order fulfilment is meeting the customers expectation and cost-effective manner. To regularly review the distribution cost, identify any significant deviation and recommend action to meet company target. ?Inventory accuracy managementResponsible to ensure the operation and administration processes and counting procedure are executed properly to achieve the highest level of inventory accuracy. Responsible to monitor and execute the action plan for SLOB inventory. ?Sales and Operation Planning Process activities To directly involve & provide detail & accurate delivery information in the overall sales & operation planning process. ?People Management To coach the staffs within warehouse & distribution function and assist them to comply with the job requirements. ?HSE activities To ensure compliance in all HSE standard and regulatory requirements in every activity within warehouse & distribution area.Skills requiredMinimum of 3 years experience in warehouse and transportationCustomer focus: keeping the customers need always on topWithstand pressure: effectively handling stressTakes ownership: taking responsibility and accountability for actions and solving problem.Drive for results: delivering on commitmentsTimely decision making: prioritising issues and taking actions promptly Building effective teams: creating high performing teamComputer literate, familiar with Microsoft applicationEducational requirementsDegree in related fieldJob role notes
