Job Responsibility
Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming goods, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are correctly documented.
Organize and maintain an efficient warehouse layout, optimizing space utilization and workflow.
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through regular audits and reconciliations.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Monitor and evaluate warehouse performance through key metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure that all warehouse equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functional.
Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse performance.
Handle the coordination of returns and damaged goods processes.
Job Requirements
As theWarehouse Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, staff coordination, and the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
You will ensure that warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and company standards, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess own transport.
