Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Managing the entire day-to-day warehouse & logistic operations, including:
Managing all the stock arrangement and storage according to FIFO within the warehouse.
Managing all the non-stock materials neatly and in a systematic manner.
Managing the daily delivery route optimization system and allocation of lorry drivers & warehouse attendant.
Managing the daily delivery fulfilment for all sales channels (local and outstation).
Managing inter-outlet stock requests across all sales channels (local and outstation).
Managing the warehouse premise and physical assets.
Managing the repair and maintenance of the cold-rooms, vehicles, and forklift.
Reporting stock level and stock variance to senior management.
Managing incoming shipment/container.
Managing the warehouse and vehicles security system.
Managing people, petty cash, administrative work processes and other resources within the warehouse.
Maintaining an updated Standard Operating Procedures and constantly finding ways to optimize the warehouse workflow.
Qualifications:
Candidate possesses Bachelor's Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably inFood Manufacturing or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse systems (WMS).
Excellent organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and collaborate with departments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
