Warehouse Operation Executive

**Job Scope**1) Report to HOD/ Senior Executive2) Oversee Warehouse operation of logistic, receives stock for store, loading, arrangement, packing and labelling3) KPI Setting and Coordinate with production and deliver team to optimize operation as per department objective4) Set Daily task by urgency and monitor storekeeper performance5) Perform stock movement control and keep good stock arrangement for better operation6) Ensure stock inventory records are keep up to date and report any discrepancies7) Operate and maintain warehouse hardware equipment/ Maintenance Schedule8) Comply with company procedures rules and regulations, and assist in operations9) Performs other job-related functions as and when required10) Assist in conducting monthly or yearly stock count process11) Assist the compliance safety and health12) Support superior in managing operation including briefing team members, job setting and functional13) Other ad hoc request from the management.**Requirements**:1. Education certificate in STPM/ Diploma / DKM Kemahiran2. More than 2 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor3. Has knowledge and experience in Operation, Inventory, receiving, production and logistic4. Strong supervisory skills is a must5. Has safety certificate is an added advantage6. Problem solving skills7.
