Job DescriptionHandle customer inquiries and issues related to warehouse operations.
Proactively identify and address opportunities for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Resolve any challenges encountered in warehouse operations.
Promote effective communication within the warehouse team and with other departments.
Continuously evaluate operational processes, identifying and implementing improvements as needed.
Support initiatives to automate and streamline processes utilizing technology and best practices.
Work with diverse teams to implement new systems and enhanced procedures.
Job RequirementsMinimum requirement in STPM or Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management program or related field.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
Self-driven, motivated and efficient in time management.
