Responsibilities Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Operate and maintain preventively warehouse material handling equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck and PPT) Develop an effective communication and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits / stocks take / cycle count Provide reconciliation report for any variances or discrepancies Receive and process warehouse inbound procedures (unload, label, putaway and storing) Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilization Carry out any other duties as and when required by superior. Skills required At least 3 - 5 years'experience in similar capacity in warehousing and distribution. WMS, CargowiseOne WMS, Microsoft Office In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent command of English Excellent oral and written communication skills High level of accuracy Highly motivated, resilient and patient Enjoys working as part of a team Applicant must be eligible to work in Malaysia legally.
