Job Description:
Operational Management:Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
Ensure all operations adhere to company policies and safety regulations.Inventory Control:Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records of inventory.Staff Supervision:Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance.
Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to meet workload demands.Safety and Compliance:Enforce safety standards and ensure proper handling of equipment and materials.
Address any safety concerns promptly and ensure compliance with OSHA or local regulations.Process Improvement:Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations.Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantageas the role requires communication with customers from China.
