Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities: Inventory Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels.
Implement efficient storage solutions to maximize warehouse space.
Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Measure and report KPIs and operational metrics to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis.
Order Fulfilment Supervise the picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders.
Coordinate with the production team to meet order fulfilment targets.
Monitor and report on order status and delays.
Quality Control Implement and enforce quality control measures for both incoming and outgoing products.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff.
Conduct training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Safety and Compliance Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular audits to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with relevant authorities to ensure adherence to regulations.
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Implement best practices to enhance overall warehouse and logistics operations.
Proactively contribute to cost reduction initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications: Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
