Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Lead the warehouse team in daily operations.
Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-term and long-term performance goals.
Ensure accurate stock control (in and out).
Load and unload materials and goods.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in warehouse management.
Team player with initiative and ability to motivate subordinates.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to handle work pressure.
Good attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
