Warehouse Supervisor

Minimum Qualification : Degree in Logistic/Warehousing/business admin/Business management or related field.
Years of Experience       : Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in Warehouse Operation, Logistics and equivalent. 
Special Skill                      : Knowledge in SAP System
Soft-Skills                          : Time Management, Detail-Oriented, Problem Solving, Fast Learner and Etc.
Knowledge: Good Knowledge of proper Inventory Management (FEFO/FIFO)Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a Warehouse Management (5S practice/Safety Issue)Good Knowledge on Food Safety Management, Lean ManagementGood knowledge on ISO System, GMP & HACCP System, SEDEX system and HALAL SystemHighly knowledge on using ERP System such as Auto-count and SAP systemCommunication Skills: need to speak with supervisor, coworkers, operators, suppliers and customers on a regular basis.Critical-Thinking Skills: need to devise plans of action and assess those plans regularly.Problem-Solving Skills: need to be ready when problems arise, or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen.Computer Skills: Highly ability to input, retrieve and analyze dataProficient in Microsoft Office. Skills: Leadership Skills: need resolve conflicts, as well as keep employees motivated and on-task.Organizational Skills: Multiple orders, people and many moving pieces will keep Warehouse Executive on their toes. Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policyAbility to work with all levels of company staffAble to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.Able to learn new things and adapt very fast to new environment or SOPHighly effective supervisory skills and techniquesProven ability to direct and coordinate operationsAbility to be punctual and discipline.Willing to do overtime or work on weekends and public holidays when necessary Responsibilities:  A) Assign task to worker to be completed  oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activitiesWork order for incoming team (rework activities) Work order for repacking activitiesAssigned worker to do cycle count for item in warehouse randomlyOrganize and maintain inventory and storage area B) Reporting the effectiveness of warehouse activities Cycle Count report Monthly Incoming/Inventory ReportDelivery arrangement Status Report Lorry monitoring log report Cleanliness ReportWork order report  C) Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area Do cycle count every month for checking accuracy of the stock in warehouse Checking location and do transfer location for the item Alert Leader on slow-movement and/or aged goods D) Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy (i) INCOMING Recheck the physical incoming check sheet and do complaint on any issue happen during receiving to procurement department for continuous improvementFollow up any complaint issue regarding incoming process(ii)DELIVERY Monitor delivery arrangement for all DO's issued by supply chain management team Do complaint on any issue rise up by warehouse team to supply chain management team in the email to make sure the smooth process in delivery arrangement on the next dayDeal and follow up with supplier or contractor on maintenance issue E) Preventive Maintenance & Warehouse Management Discuss with superior on the issue thoroughlyDeal with supplier on the technical issue –reach truck, air conditionerManage housekeeping to ensure cleanliness at all timeCheck all the service and maintenance schedule  F) Checking & purchase the packaging material  Open PO (Purchase order) for packaging material or purchase any related with warehouse operation Email the PO to supplier to proceed the order Manage packing materials efficiently to reduce wastage and reduce costs G) Find the new supplier for any machinery, equipment or packaging material  At least 3 quotations for each item for comparison on the costing and the performance Discuss with Superior on the quotation for the final decision for purchasing  H) ISO, GMP, HACCP, SEDEX, HALAL Requirement To fulfill ISO and GMP requirement under Warehouse Operation Department I) Customer Complaints Management Do investigation on customer complaints (Roots cause and preventive action)Reply the CAR as per process time givenFollow up the results of preventive action taken Others:  Office ManagementEnsure Stationery stock available all timeManage pantry stock and arrange it accordinglyEnsure First Aid stock available all timeManage housekeeping to ensure cleanliness at all time.
