Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound. Also manage and supervise a team of warehouse workers.
Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
Enforce and adhere to safety regulations and standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, coordinate repairs as needed.
Requirements:
Possess at least SPM and above.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operation and in supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and possess forklift certification is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and good problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using warehouse software and MS Office applications.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialects.
