Job Responsibilities:Identify new prospects and opportunities for warehouse.
Customer Support : Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests related to warehouse operations.
Provide prompt and courteous responses, addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Order Processing : Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill orders and arrange for shipment or delivery.
Generate delivery orders, packing slips, and shipping labels as needed.
Billing : Handle weekly and monthly billings and issuance of invoices to customers.
Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to meet customer demands.
Collaborate with warehouse personnel to track inventory movements, perform stock checks, and ensure timely replenishment of products.
Update customers on the availability and status of their orders.
Returns and Exchanges : Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Process return authorizations, coordinate with the warehouse for return shipment, and facilitate refunds or replacement of products.
Ensure customer satisfaction and proper resolution of return requests.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and related documentation.
Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and customer inquiries.
Provide regular updates to management regarding customer feedback and issues.
Communication and Coordination : Collaborate closely with warehouse personnel, sales representatives, and other departments to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Communicate order updates, shipment details, and any potential delays or issues to customers.
Coordinate with logistics partners or carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Problem Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to orders, shipments, or product quality.
Investigate and analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments or supervisors.
Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate customer service processes and identify areas for improvement.
Suggest and implement enhancements to streamline order processing, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
Product Knowledge : Develop a comprehensive understanding of the warehouse's products, their features, and their applications.
Stay updated on product specifications, availability, and pricing to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
Health and Safety : Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations in the warehouse environment.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using computer systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics is advantageous.
