**Position Summary**:The Food Industries Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse within a food manufacturing or distribution facility. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing safety and quality standards.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse personnel to ensure the smooth operation of warehousing.- Responsible for warehouse operation and ensuring both inflow and outflow of goods are managed effectively.- Verify orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.- Verify and check goods return from customers.- To inspect/verify incoming goods from suppliers and pre-shipment check for outgoing goods.- Organize regular inventory stock counts (monthly) and perform reconciliation to stock records.- Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.- Responsible for the coordination and communication with other departments to ensure smooth operation and and resolve issues.- Resolve any arising problems or complaints received concerning the warehouse.- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds to ensure proper housekeeping and upkeep of store cleanliness.- Adhere to all warehousing and handling legislation requirements (ISO, Halal, etc.)- Monitor and arrange store-hand to keep all raw materials and packing materials in the right location following FIFO System.- Arrange for Annual Stock Count.- Inventory and finished goods controller. (Return, Transfer from Production to Warehouse, Delivery)- Update for daily delivery.- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.**Qualifications and Skills**:2. Proven experience in related field is an advantages.3. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.4. Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).5. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.6. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational challenges.7.
