What You'll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you'll have the ability to complete data entry in both customer and company systems of record, perform double checks, assist customers with product location and delivery times. Handles purchase orders and customer invoicing as well as handling customer concerns and complaints. Extremely fast paced, candidate must possess excellent customer service skills.

Scope and Responsibilities

Some of your duties will include:
Performs inventory receipt entry and outbound orders in the Chem-Star WMS and/or customer system(s) of record Processes specialized customer transactions in Rinchem's and/or customer system(s) of record (Hold, damaged, disposition) Enters Customer Records and handles PO Process with Customer Schedules Rinchem dock appointments for both internal and external customers Generates specialized shipping paperwork (BOLs, Manifests, IATA, IMDG) that may include calculating truck weight and determining load capacity Performs QC checks on outbound, staged shipments as necessary Proceed or work with partnered brokerage to perform bonded declaration. Bonded inventory system of record updates , facilitate and conduct Customs reporting and audits. Demonstrate and provide user guidance for Chem-Star portal users Performs inventory cycle counts and enters customer reconciliation reports in the Chem-Star WMS and/or customer system(s) of record Research inventory discrepancies Prepares month-end reconciliations Answers emails regarding basic questions about inventory, transportation scheduling, etc. (internal and external customers) Refers all questions about contract pricing to the appropriate sales representative Collects all necessary invoicing information and conducts billing to customers Performs customer invoicing accurately and on time every month for each customer Creates and follows documented billing processes Coordinates billing tool updates Compares invoices with historical data to identify any potential errors or anomalies Answers basic questions about delivery , inventory, and billing Escalates any questions or areas that do not look correct Performs general administrative work for the CSC that includes, but not limited to the following: Handling customer concerns and complaints Entering POI data Opening & routing mail Visitor's log, filing/record retention Archiving records and managing facility office supplies Acts as liaison with service center visitors All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

You should have the following:

High School Diploma or GED Some college preferred At least 3 years of customer service experience Necessary certifications as required by Country: IATA, IMDG, RCRA, Bonded Warehouse Certification, etc. Communication Skills:
Ability to initiate and maintain relationships with internal and external customers Ability to create accurate, meaningful, and professional correspondence Computer Skills:
Ability to learn system(s) of record Accurate data entry MS Office suite skills and experience (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint) Familiarity with NCR/CAPA system and ability to help determine root cause and make suggestions for continuous improvement Other Skills and Abilities:
