Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies. Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory. Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment. Oversee inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and address performance concerns through coaching and mentoring. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and order fulfilment rates. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of working experience in warehousing or related field. Diploma/bachelors degree in business administration, Logistic or related field. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Able to read, write and communicate in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in inventory management and data entry. Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities or situations. Customer service orientation and a willingness to learn and grow in the role. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and tasks in a fast-paced logistics industry. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, processes, and technologies. Knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfilment, and inventory control. Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
