Warranty Officer (Low Yat)

**Location: Plaza Lowyat, Kuala Lumpur****Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.**Walk-in-interviews are welcome.**Responsibilities**:- Verify, process and follow-up on customer's warranty claims with technical department & suppliers- Prepare and submit relevant periodic reports and ensure accuracy of data entry into the inventory & warranty system- Ensure prompt response to customers inquiry, prompt warranty replacement from suppliers and prompt delivery of stocks- Ensure proper filling & documentation is done as well as stocks/warranty items are clearly labelled and stored in designated storage area- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time**Requirements**:- Good Administrative, organizational and communication skills- Meticulous, attention to detail, computer literate & customer service oriented- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and able to interact with people at all levels & with external parties- Possess computer product knowledge is an added advantage**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- IT support: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
