The wavespace requires a leader to strategize, manage and operate the infrastructure to support wavespace experiences globally.We are now seeking an experienced Product Manager with a business and technology background to provide technology leadership for the technology infrastructure that supports wavespace. These areas include our 49 global facilities, wavespace pop up sites, mobile sites, virtual environment and a soon to be developed metaverse. This role will maintain alignment with local facility leadership, global real estate and wavespace business teams.**Your key responsibilities**As an Enterprise Technology Product Manager, you will have end to end responsibility for the selection, delivery and support of a portfolio of products and services focused around the wavespace client experience.You will be accountable for all aspects of product management including Planning, Innovation, Engineering, Operational Support, Financial Management, Security and Compliance, Vendor and Stakeholder Management, Marketing and Adoption.Some of the key responsibilities for this role are:- Define an infrastructure strategy to ensure interoperability across all areas (facility, pop up, mobile, virtual)- Define and execute facility upgrade plans across the global network of facilities- Liaise with local country leadership and develop business cases to support cutting edge technologies- Determine global AV strategy and manage implementation- Act as an interim product manager for first of a kind hardware- Oversee and govern all new facility buildouts and upgrades- Develop operational standards and best practices- Support global technology annual budget planning including local country technology budget requirements- Provide leadership of the technology experience within the area and foster trusted relationships with Global Technology Product owners and related third parties- Promote and encourage technology research & development activities to help create a wavespace experience of the future**Skills and attributes for success**:- Ability to create effective plans and roadmaps- Creative and innovative thinking- Strong communication skills (written and oral)- Leadership skills and cultural awareness- Commercially aware with solid financial management skills- Technology infrastructure skills including networking, hardware, software and AV- Problem solving and decision making- Communication and networking- Stakeholder and vendor management**To qualify for the role you must have**:- Bachelor or master's degree in information technology- Approximately 15 years of experience in a comparable role**Ideally, you'll also have**:- Experience with the Microsoft 365 and Azure environments- A broad understanding of the value provided by wavespace- Practical experience and knowledge leading workshops and facilitated sessions**What we look for**We're looking for a passionate, committed and curious individual with an interest in employee experience platforms, technologies and services.
