Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a passionate and dedicated Web Chat Assistant to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and answer questions promptly and professionally.2. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.3. Utilize persuasion skills to guide customers towards purchasing products or services.4.
