As a Web Chat Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer interaction through our online platforms. **Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers via web chat, providing timely responses to inquiries regarding products, services, and general company information.
- Manage multiple chat sessions concurrently while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
- Identify and understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions that align with Eco World Development Group's values.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively while ensuring a positive user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to provide feedback on customer interactions and enhance service delivery.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, noting any important details or issues that need follow-up.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to continually improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communication, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online or remote setting.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proven experience in handling customer chat inquiries, with a knack for resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relation Management (CRM) tools and chat software.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to follow processes accurately.
- Energetic and dedicated approach to work, with a passion for contributing positively to the organization and the community.
