Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a Web Chat Associate to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent and resilient, with strong time management skills and a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers with placing orders.3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns effectively.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.3. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.4. Experience using web chat platforms and CRM systems.5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
