Web Chat Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Web Chat Manager to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad. This is a remote, part-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service to our online users.

Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, resolving customer issues, and ensuring timely responses.- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat system.- Coordinate with other departments to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.- Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.- Train and mentor chat agents to enhance their performance and customer service skills.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Web Chat Manager or similar role.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of CRM systems and chat management tools.- Resourceful and reliable personality traits.- Strong innovation and attention to detail soft skills.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
