Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient communication channel for our customers.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage incoming web chat inquiries from customers, providing timely and accurate responses- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide solutions- Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to increase chat engagement and customer satisfaction- Train and coach chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management- Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the chat platform
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or web chat management- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in chat platforms and customer service software- Hardworking and independent with a strong work ethic- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
