Web Chat Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

PPB Group Berhad is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Officer to work remotely from Johor Bahru, Malaysia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Web Chat Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities:1. Interact with customers via web chat to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Utilize strategic planning and decision-making skills to effectively handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer queries.4. Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service delivery.6. Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators set by the company.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.3. Confident and driven personality traits with strong communication skills.4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.5. Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.6. Proficiency in web chat tools and software.7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
