- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer issues and queries efficiently, analyze the root causes, and provide comprehensive solutions or escalate matters to the appropriate departments.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of IOI Corporation Berhad's products and services to provide accurate information to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups and service improvements.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance customer service delivery and share insights on customer needs and trends.
- **Feedback Contributions:** Regularly provide feedback on customer trends and chat interactions to improve processes and enhance customer service strategies.
- **Performance Goals:** Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
### **Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in communication, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** No prior work experience is required; however, any experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
