Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a high level of dedication and creativity.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in a customer service role
- Energetic and dedicated personality traits
- Strong cooperation and creativity skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
