Media Prima Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through our web chat platform.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via web chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Media Prima's offerings, policies, and promotions to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- **Problem Solving:** Identify customer issues and negotiate solutions effectively, aiming for a satisfactory resolution for both the customer and the company.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and issues in our CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up and tracking.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including sales and technical support, to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and response times.
- **Feedback:** Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and suggest enhancements to processes and systems where applicable.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and stay informed about new products and services.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in customer service or communication will be considered an advantage.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Comfortable using computers, web chat platforms, and basic software applications. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- **Availability:** Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
