**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a web chat environment.
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to assess situations, think critically, and offer effective solutions.
