Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers through our online chat platform and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Proficient in using web chat platforms and online communication tools- Strong written communication skills- Driven and confident personality traits- Excellent time management skills- Ability to problem-solve and think critically under pressure- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
