As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer support through online chat platforms, helping resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platforms
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Communicate product information and assist customers with placing orders
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
