Job ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development
Lead the development and design of the company's website/digital platform, creating user-friendly and visually appealing layouts.
Ensure that the website is responsive to various devices, providing an excellent user experience.
Content Management and Product Launch/Branding Content:
Manage and curate website content, ensuring it remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with the brand's voice and values.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update product launch and branding content, which may include landing pages, product descriptions, multimedia materials, and consistent messaging to introduce new offerings and maintain the brand's identity.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Implement on-page SEO techniques to enhance the website's visibility in search engine results, including product-specific and brand-related keywords.
Performance Monitoring and Analytics
Regularly monitor website performance, including aspects like downtime, slow loading times, or broken links.
Additionally, use web analytics tools to gather data on website traffic, user behavior, and the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
Provide insights and reports to support data-driven decision-making and take proactive steps to maintain high performance for an exceptional user experience.
User Experience (UX)
Focus on delivering an exceptional user experience by optimizing site navigation, ensuring easy access to product information, and enhancing overall usability for visitors interested in the brand.
Compliance:
Ensure the website complies with relevant regulations, such as data protection and accessibility standards, in all content related to products and branding.
Job RequirementDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent or a related field.
Minimum of4-5 years of relevant industry experience .
Good communication skills, positive team attitude.
Experience in developing responsive cross-platform websites and developing websites using CMS is a must.
Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment, proactive, self-motivated, work independently, multi-task and prioritize.
Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Adaptability to rapidly changing technology and industry trends.
Proficiency in using web analytics tools, social media management tools and e-newsletter platforms.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketers and designers, to align the website with broader business goals and marketing strategies.
