Website Marketing and Traffic SpecialistAs a Website Traffic and Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in increasing website traffic, optimizing customer acquisition channels, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience.
You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to attract, retain, and convert visitors into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Traffic GenerationDevelop and execute strategies to drive traffic to the brand's website through paid, earned, and owned media channels.
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
Collaborate with SEO specialists to implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.Content MarketingSupport Brand to plan and execute compelling content strategies, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and social media campaigns, to attract and engage target audiences.
Work closely with design teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy aligned with the brand's identity.Performance MonitoringTrack, analyze, and report website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hotjar.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.Campaign ManagementWork with agencies to design and implement email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Work with agencies to partner with influencers and affiliates to amplify brand awareness and website visits.E-Commerce OptimizationCollaborate with operation teams to ensure product pages are optimized for search, usability, and conversion.
Conduct A/B testing to improve website performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with the social media, PR, and digital marketing to ensure a cohesive brand message across channels.
Liaise with external agencies and partners for specialized marketing initiatives.Requirements
Experience:~3 years of experience in fashion/apparel digital marketing, website traffic growth, or related fields, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
Skills:Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Rakuten, etc.).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Qualities:Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of digital consumer behavior.
