Job Overview: You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings' Food & Beverage needs, from initial consultations and planning to on-site coordination and décor setup. Your creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring each event is a unique and memorable experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding F&B needs.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on wedding themes, venues, and décor options.
Wedding Planning: Develop detailed wedding plans and timelines, ensuring all elements are in place.
Coordinate and communicate with vendors, including florists, photographers, caterers, and venues.
Manage and update budgets, contracts, and invoices.
Decorating: Create and execute design concepts, including décor, floral arrangements, lighting, and table settings.
Oversee the setup and arrangement of décor elements at wedding venues.
Ensure that the décor aligns with the client's vision and theme.
Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of the wedding day, including vendor arrivals and timing of events.
Oversee the smooth execution of the wedding, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Act as the primary point of contact for the wedding party and vendors during the event.
Client Relations: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the planning and execution process.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).Mandarin or Chinese speaker.Proven experience in wedding planning and event deco. (Willing to learn if not experienced)Strong organizational and project management skills.Creative flair and an eye for design.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.Knowledge of local venues, vendors, and resources.Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by wedding schedules.
