Job Responsibilities
To ensure weld quality products met requirement.
To report daily production jobs by using the Monitor ERP system.
To ensure parts supplied are correct by checking with the drawing and work traveller.
Follow Safety of Workplace requirements.
Meet daily output as planned by the planner.
To report any scrap part immediately.
Ensure compliance for AWS 17.1 certification.
Maintain cleanliness and monitor welding supplied.
Maintain equipment and machines to ensure zero downtime.
Maintain consumable supply.
To create and follow WPS.
Responsibilities
Ensure products delivered to next stations are within quality requirements.
Checking the quantity of items supplied by inventory before starting the job.
Meet daily output as planned by the planner.
