Qualification and Experience Minimum 10 year experience in the oil and gas sector with at least 5 years of experience as Wellsite Geologist or Geological Operations related position., analysis capabilities, relationship-building skills and leadership qualities.
Execute and monitor geological operations (exploration, appraisal and development) for COMPANY by ensuring the objectives are met at optimum costs via 24/7 support coverage & high-tech solutions.
Good knowledge/experience in sedimentology, log correlation & quick look petrophysic evaluation.

Job Description Drilling Execution & Monitoring Execute, supervise, and monitor drilling operations at the drilling site in accordance with the Well Proposal and Notice of Operations (NOOP) on a rotational basis. Oversee and provide daily updates on operations and geological findings throughout the drilling campaign.
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and submission of the Daily Geological Operations Summary (DGOS) and Current Progress Report (CPR).
Oversee and report on 24-hour daily operations.
Review and transmit all geological information from the site to the Operations Geologist.
Supervision of Drilling Documentation Coordinate and implement the documentation process for pre-drill, while-drill, and post-drill reporting using fit-for-purpose tools and procedures.
Ensure that all documentation for drilling campaigns is auditable, adheres to the highest standards, and complies with host government regulations.
