Job Description
• Order Processing:Handle wholesale orders by accurately inputting them into the system, ensuring all details are correct for smooth processing and delivery.
• Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely replenishment of products to meet wholesale demand.
• Customer Communication:Serve as the main point of contact for wholesale clients, answering inquiries, providing order updates, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Documentation and Filing:Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and other relevant documents for easy access and audit purposes.
• Sales Support:Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, updating client records, and tracking sales performance for wholesale customers.
• Payment Tracking:Follow up on payments from clients, ensure timely payments, and assist in reconciling any payment discrepancies with the finance team.
• Reporting:Prepare regular reports on wholesale orders, sales figures, and inventory status for management review.
• Shipment Coordination:Work closely with logistics teams to schedule and ensure timely deliveries, keeping clients informed of shipment statuses.
