POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS:**Job Description**:**Requirements**:Application Technical Support on SSIS, MSSQL Database.Platform Knowledge on Windows, SSIS and SQL deploymentsHands-on experience on Windows, PowerShell scripting, MS-DOS and MSSQL Server DB working experience and support.Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus.24 x 7 on call support.Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same capacity.Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and team player.Willing to work at Cyberjaya/ KL.Able to work with cross border colleagues.Familiar with tools/practises such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology**Roles/Responsibilities**Providing Live Application deployment support (odd hours)Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support.To perform problem investigation - problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation.To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks.**Must-Have Primary Skill : Application Management-Development-SQL Server-SQL, T-SQL, SSIS****Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM1,000.00 - RM1,395.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- SQL Server-SQL, T-SQL, SSIS: 3 years (required)
