(Work From Home) Chinese-English Customer Service Translator

Details of the offer

Location: Work From Home (Night Shift)

Working Hours: 7PM – 4AM (subject to change)

Job Responsibilities
• Work remotely completely from home.
• Laptop will be provided, you will use that laptop to do your live translation.
• Translate and interpret live incoming calls from America verbally from Mandarin to English and vice versa on the spot, you are basically the middle person of a phone call between two people.
• Full-time position under a 1-year contract.
• If you were to complete your contact, an offer will be made to you to either extend your contract or to offer you a permanent position.
• Should you wish to resign before your contract is served, you will have to provide 2 months' notice period.

Job Benefits:
• You are entitled to basic EPF and SOCSO in accordance to local Malaysian labour laws.
• You are entitled to medical coverage with a Medical Card.
• You are entitled to 12 days annual leave per year. (1 Annual leave earned after each consecutive month. Only applicable in the second month onwards).
• There are 11 public holidays where you are not required to work (6 American PH & 5 Malaysian PH).

Job Requirements:
• You need to have stable internet connection of AT LEAST 100 MBPS.
• If you do not have that speed, it is advised that you upgrade your internet package as you will be reimbursed for your internet.
• You will need to pass a test in order for us to evaluate your language skills.
