Workshop Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise mechanics who install, service, and repair equipment and machinery at the workshop or on-site.
Arrange daily and monthly workshop operation schedules.
Assist in general fitting of mechanical components.
Monitor the status of repairs with mechanics, generate service reports, and address issues that impact the completion of the repair plan to management.
Travel outstation whenever necessary to perform servicing, repairing, or maintenance of machinery such as generators, compressors, welding sets, and other machines.
