Job Content Maximise the use of workshop facilities to its optimum capacity.Closely monitoring of Technician's efficiency, productivity and utilization.Achieving budgeted throughput, workshop parts, sublet and labour turnover.Ensuring development of staff.Ensuring high degree of repair quality in completed works.Take measures to improve results, motivating staff to achieve targets set.Streamlining workshop flow and working conditions.Supporting peer managers on technical issues and complaints.Supporting workshop foreman in problems encountered.Conduct periodical review of the workshop performance of individual staff to ensure    that work attitudes and work performance meets the company's objectives.Responsible for Vehicles left overnight in workshop.Responsible for cost management of workshop.Responsible for sales targets on car care products.Responsible for achieving NPS scores set by management.Ensuring DEP guidelines and Operations Improvement Initiatives guidelines are adhered.Responsible on decision making for Come back Jobs and Service Policy Allowance.Responsible for ensuring customer feedback are reviewed and follow up actions are managed timely.Ensure Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) are adhered including license renewal of machineries and safety equipments.Execute any other tasks as instructed by the Management Education / Professional Qualification •          Technical certificate in Mechanical I Automotive course.
Professional Experience  •          At least 10 years in the Automotive Service Industries with minimum of 3 years experience in high degree of interpersonal skills in supervisory level.
