Workshop Technician

Responsible to service, repair and ensuring that all equipment are in good operating condition and available according to production needs- Competent to assemble, install, maintain, service and repairs mechanical equipment and machineries- Ensure that corrective and preventive maintenance works order are completely carry out in a safe and efficient manner**Accountabilities**- Perform Mechanical maintenance fabrication, installation, assemble, diagnose, testing, repairs, service and troubleshooting including- hydraulic/pneumatic system and- static/dynamic rotative equipment such as pumps, gearbox, conveyor, agitator, sor, hydraulic press and etc- Identify risks and hazards during operation and adhere all safety procedure and good housekeeping standards- Correct usage and maintain the hand tools, power tools (such as lathe, shaping, milling and drilling machine), test equipment and measuring instruments.- Perform electric and gas welding (Arch, TlG, MIG), hard soldering, brazing, gas/electric cutting.- Ensure equipment optimizing across the site, through minimizing breakdown time and PM work completion in a timely and safe manner.- Provide recommendations & supports, from Mechanical perspective, to improve maintenance and production operations- Ensure the compliance of food safety, workplace safety and others company policies- Carry any other ad hoc task as assigned by the management**Requirements**:- 1-2 years working experience of general machine repairs, condition base monitoring, shaft alignment and Pump Technology.- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering- Able to work on shift pattern
