ResponsibilitiesDevelop materials in line with curriculum standards
Deliver training and monitor, coach, and evaluate participant progress
Conduct tutorials and teachers' training to end-users based on Smart Reader related programmes
Schedule, prepare facilities, and report on training delivery
Perform programme assessment to evaluate the success of participants and the programme
Job RequirementsPossess relevant qualifications in English/Bahasa Melayu/Islamic/Chinese Studies
Proficient in written and spoken Arabic Language/Mandarin/English/Bahasa Malaysia
Creative, innovative & productive
Strong public speaking skills
Good interpersonal skills
Possess a winning attitude
Some teaching experience preferred
Ability to create and conduct training presentations using adult learning principles
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at a beginner or higher level
Able to work in a team
