We are looking for a detail-oriented and proficient Xero Accountant to manage all aspects of our clients' financial accounts using the Xero accounting software.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and providing expert guidance to our clients regarding their financial activities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain clients' financial records using Xero accounting software.
Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial documents.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Provide expert advice and guidance on tax planning and compliance.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to resolve financial issues and optimize processes.
Stay informed about changes and updates to Xero accounting software and best practices.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Proven experience working with Xero accounting software.
Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience in client servicing role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
