Xiaohongshu (Red) Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager (Kuala Lumpur)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze brand marketing needs, including demand insights, product and market analysis, audience insights, creative content, and media strategies, to craft comprehensive Xiaohongshu marketing plans.
Collaborate with business or project managers to complete proposals in a timely manner.
Learn from local mainstream social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), combine data analysis with tools, and develop communication strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on data and campaign performance throughout the execution process, and produce planning summaries.
Develop methodologies, lead targeted brainstorming sessions, and generate Big Ideas, slogans, and other creative content.
JOB REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree or higher, with preference for marketing, advertising, media, or related majors.
3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or planning, with brand customer service experience.
Prior experience in a 4A advertising company is preferred.
Strong strategic planning and creative potential, with familiarity in Xiaohongshu marketing and other social media platforms.
Sharp business and market insights, with the ability to create actionable marketing plans based on market and data analysis.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with a proven ability to promote teamwork and achieve client marketing goals.
