MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leading technology/product transfer.
Responsible for reviewing the data of the developed technology and the developed product for production transfer and making the plan for improvements of outstanding items and issues.
Responsible for process flow and product measurement SPEC, control limit, and target of the transferred technology and products.
Responsible for leading improvement activities of quality, yield, and Do by working with QRA and process modules and defect management group.
Responsible for process change and SM change of the transferred technology and products.
Responsible for leading prototype product setup which is directly loaded from customer and responsible for verification and for DOE experiment for the very critical/critical processes for the new prototype product.
Responsible for leading/involving in problem-solving projects of yield issues, PCM parameter issues, and in-line process issues.
Responsible for organizing/performing Product FMEA and improving process control plan of the transferred projects.
Responsible for improvement/prevention of OOC and OOS issues of product process measurement parameters.
Responsible for analyzing/leading improvement actions PCM parameters.
Responsible for planning and evaluating the cost-effective process flow.
Responsible for interface and support of customer's technical issues with CRF.
Responsible for coaching and training all of YE engineers.
To contribute towards the achievement of quality objectives by complying with the quality operating system and participating in continuous improvement activities (defect prevention, reduction of variation, or prevention of waste).
To contribute towards the achievement of the EHS objectives by complying with the EHS policy and participating in the implementation of the EHS management system.
Any other assignment deemed fit that shall be given to you from time to time.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Science.
Experience: Preferably with relevant working experience.
Good communication skills – fluent in English, written and spoken.
Teamwork and collaboration skills.
5+ years of Semiconductor experience.
Semiconductor device physics.
